APP agents - vendor cancelled Jake
21/10/2025 - Jake: the owner just text me and asked to cancel the appraisal - she won’t answer my call. I think she’s maybe met with one agent then signed without meeting multiple.
21/10/2025 - Jake: Spoke with Karen - sounds like she may be planning to sell quite soon. I’ve booked a meeting with her on Wednesday at 9am next week. I’ll let you know how it all goes.
