5/11/2025 - Michael: No updates as yet, they’re still getting quotes for the electricity meters but my gut is telling me they won’t do it and will continue to manage privately so they can force the tenants to pay electricity based on the sub-meter.

24/10/20256 - Michael: I've sent her details of an electrician who is qualified to install a separate meter for the granny flat that she self-manages as she wants tenants to pay for electricity. Under the current set up that is illegal as you can't utilise sub-meters to calculate electricity or water usage.Waiting for her to advise what she'd like to do and have left a voicemail to check in this morning.

22/10/2025 - Michael;' Contact made, house and granny flat not separately metered for utilities however owners have been illegally charging the tenants. Offered to put them in contact with a correctly licensed electrician to provide a quote and tasked to follow up via our CRM - Michael
