21/11/25- AS2 Sent to Kevin for update Just letting you know, I’ve now listed this property as of yesterday. Just waiting to obtain tenant details and then we will go on the market.

22/10/25 Kevin: Spoke with Susan, lovely lady, going to find out when the lease ends and get back to me, will be selling.
31/10 Danielle: I called and text Susan, and received a text back saying she would call me the next day, but didn't, I followed her up again however did not hear back.
