7/11/25- Chris said he has spoken to her, she seems all over the place understands her situation she wanted him to come out this afternoon which he cant and tried to ask her to reschedule she is not answering, he also said as the house is not in her name its a bit limited what he can do but he can come out and give her some advice if she contacts him back. vf
