The house had 4 bedrooms, currently they have 3 bedroom as master & ensuite gutted, waiting on a bathroom and bedroom to be finished. Hi Natalie, apologies for the late reply.
Thank-you for the additional agents information, it was well received. Given the early days of planning what we are going to do I am happy with the 3 agents I have already through our home. The information they provided was in alignment with each other and helped me formulate an opinion on current status and our homes position within the current market.
