CLIENT DECLINED BOTH AGENTS SHE HAS SPOKEN TO HOMELANDS WHO QUOTED HER 3% WAS NOT OPEN TO MY AGENTS EVEN THOUGH VERY CAPABLE WILL DO IT HERSELF.
I am going to muddle through on my own. I live in Garden Island Creek but it is a small bush area without any shops or facilities. My nearest shop is in Cygnet which is 20 minutes drive so one needs to look at the whole Huon valley area. I guess living the Centre of a city you cannot imagine this area.
