15/12/25- Just letting you know I followed up with the owner again today. He called me back and sounded very drunk unfortunately. The property managers warned me that it's best to speak with him in the morning before he starts drinking.



Anyway he did say the tenant is leaving on 12th Feb. I said I would chat with him further at that point to come up with a game plan to get the property ready for sale. He was a little argumentative and was telling me about other properties in the area that had sold for $900k. I explained these were bigger properties with a pool and immaculately presented. He was not having it!! Then continued on to say there was no way he was going to go exclusive.



I definitely will call him in the morning next time and hopefully have a better response. 


I will keep you updated.

 28/11/25 Kath: The owner is going to wait till the end of the lease and ask the tenant to leave, then clean the place up and potentially list it for sale. 


Has spoken to various agents (Belle one of them and Professionals does not like them not Joe Bishop etc ) Does not like emails does not want to be on any data base****
