13/11/ robyn: Thanks for checking in. Yes I have had all three connect with me. Thank you.
I have heard from the tenant who has made enquiries regarding buying it themselves; however we all know where this often leads so I have given them a couple of weeks to give me a firm offer. If I have not heard from them by December 1 I will move toward procuring an agent.
