Jesse - Hi Natalie, we spoke with her today. They are still 3 to 6 months off doing anything. We have diaries to call them next year.
Spoke with her post appraisal.
Suggested potentially more than 600, maybe 650. Explained the market is ever changing.
Their dream price was 600
They are still planning for a sale in the new year, most likely easter once it is all cleared out.
I don’t think they’ll seek any other feedback from other agents
