Christine is looking to sell her investment property, her and her husband John purchased it 25 years ago. Unfortunately John passed away last year, and he used to handle all these kinds of things for her. It is too much for her to handle on her own and so she would like to sell. The tenant has been in place for over 10 years, it was managed by Little (recently changed but Christine can't remember who the new agent is). Did offer the tenant first right of refusal through Little. Needs info on how much notice she needs to give the tenant, or if she can sell with tenant in place to another investor etc. Please call to arrange appraisal and advice.
