24/11 Shane Sweeney: Sorry for the delayed response. The appraisal was done immediately. I spoke to the owner the following week after sending it across, he has yet to make a decision as to what he wants to do.
17/11 App emails sent to agents for update
NIK: I sent through a sales proposal with all information attached, will follow up Michael tomorrow and see how he would like to proceed.
