PIERS MAR 26 - Spoke to Paula - things are moving along slowly. They have not appointed an agent yet


Piers emailed acceptance back -  back after he speaks to vendor as accepted for him as he was running into a school meeting and will call in the morning. 


PIERS - The family are still making a decision. I'll follow them up when I'm back to work in mid Jan

PIERS - I have been to see Rod this morning. The appointment went very well. We are preparing a full report with renovation recommendations to give to Rod for his executors meeting this coming Tuesday. Thankyou, this is a quality lead right in the middle of our area specialism. Thx again, Piers
