BIBI - Thanks they have called me
Phong - Spoke to Bibi - says she doesn't want to sell.. she wants to transfer the rental management, I have passed her details on to our rental dept manager to make contact and discuss service etc. She also owns 13 Bandicoot Road, Craigieburn which she is already currently dealing with one of my colleagues here in the office (Shayla Spiteri). Shayla appraised both properties on 15/02/2025.
