05/03/19: spoke to Eva, she said that in current market there is no way the client will get what he wants for property he wants $2 million and developers are not interested for duplexes because they are not selling and Randwick council is just issuing duplex DA's under company titles.
24/07/18: Eva called back to say she had a chat to client, he wants to sell but his wife doesnt, she valued property 1.9-2mill in this current market and invited him to an open house she was doing at Dawes st which was 2 dwellings similar to his
12/07/18: Agents Eva & Corrinne accepted referral
