10/11/2025 - Dave: I have no idea, I just tried to explain to him at the moment. We have so many buyers off market. He doesn't need to get rid of the tenants and make a big deal of it will be able to sell it for him straight away. He liked the idea of the phone when following up the next day he had already made a decision which I have no idea how.
