JENNY - Yes 👍🏻 they have all been in touch with me. They have all sent me background information, statistics ect...

My husband and his sister will sit down on the weekend and discuss which one or ones that they will want to catch up with. When that happens I will let you know and reach out to them to organise to meet them at the property. Thank you 🙏🏻 for your patience and recommendations

Regards,

Jenny

.....

NOV 25 - LOU (from Ambre - perry cooper - Hi Natalie we have contacted Jenny - its her mothers place but they are tenants in common so their is a second person who have to consider too.

Waiting for them to return to me so we can view. Spoke to Jenny's hubby yesterday

......

Ambre - Spoke to Jenny - they are gathering info before they decide who to sell with. Currently in Bunder urg - will call when they are coming back . Will call her back after we have sent the proposal .

SCOTT -Have provided Jenny with details regarding the selling process and our agency etc. Have also supplied recent comparable sales as jenny requested. Jenny requested all the information to be sent to her via email before she looks to fly down and interview agents. I have not heard back from Jenny since the 10th November. Thanks Scott......

.....I will be going overseas on Xmas leave from 3rd December and returning the week of the 12th January 2026.

I’ll try make contact with Wendy in coming days to get a better idea on their motivation and timeframes.

I would certainly not recommending they try to put the property on the market over the holiday period as historically it is always a slow time with sales especially considering banks and solicitors are on holiday leave.

I can discuss all this with Wendy though.

I would recommend they look to list the property towards the end of January when things start to pick up again and everyone returns from Holiday leave.

HOME Sunshine Coast......

I sent all the information off to Jenny on the 10th November.. they mentioned they were going to review all the information and appraisal I sent before coming down to the Sunshine Coast to meet agents.

I haven't had any communication with Jenny since.
