Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I’ve just been waiting on the owner regarding what we were doing on the commission. As I had mentioned, his sister ended up buying it from the siblings. I helped with some of the negotiations and communication so he has offered to pay $8,800 including gst.
Please let me know what you would like to do with this one as it’s a bit unusual. Thank you.
