Glen yes - I chose A-Z as the agent, someone I had already been speaking with, due to many factors including the timing of being so near the end of the year.



I "interviewed" both Jellis Craig and Heaviside on site.

As feedback, Jellis Craig were what I would call typical agents; professional, strongly biased to follow the standard process of an auction. Nothing wrong with that if you have a standard house to sell, which I don't.



Heaviside, although professional, were out of touch with pricing (massively under all other agents' estimates) and showed us irrelevant comparables - probably the cause of the underestimation.
