01/05/19 - Spoke to vendor, nothing happening probate has not come thru yet delayed process to do with siblings she will call me
24/07/18 - Spoke to client, she said they are not ready yet to move forward as they are waiting on death certificate so they can send to solicitor so he can open the will but will get back to the agents. she also mentioned an 100k variance on valuation for 2001 but will query that with the agents. vf
