MATT BARR - DEC 25 - Hi Natalie,
Haven't been able to inspect the home because they can't get their tenant out. Want to wait until it's vacant before selling. Have sent a desktop appraisal based on rental yield and will follow up in the new year. Haven't decided on an agent yet.
