David -Thanks I have spoken to Elli
ELLI - I had a chat with the owner, he is looking to sell but the property is occupied by tenants until mid next year.
He said he will be looking to sell once the tenant is out.
MAtt - JUN 26 - holding off selling for a year or so
David will hold off doing anything for 6-12 months.
