21/11/2025 - Bridgid: Eddie spoke with this client today and he is a fee hunter - he's already been speaking with Ray White, Harcourts and a few other local agents and is looking for the cheapest fees. We offered our most competitive fee and explained the cheapest agent is not the best, however I don't think we will win this one.
