Mark/vendor: I have been in touch with all three. We will likely get James from Remax to do the valuation we require.
Matthew: I spoke with Mark who said he'll have to follow up to arrange an appraisal when they're ready. It's the parents old home and there are other siblings involved. One of his nieces is living in the house and I don't think the other siblings have been in the loop on Marks plans to sell. He'll let me know when they're ready.
