10/3/26 - I've also been keeping in touch with Bev Foley. She's had a few things pop up since first reaching out. I think she will likely make the move sometime this year - Dean
No appraisal yet Bev has rescheduled 4 times. Latest is due to bush fires her son is going through. So hopefully an appraisal in due course Id estimate maybe 3 weeks. - Geraint
