Vendor is considering moving agencies as he is not happy with the service. Summit are the current managers and are due for a new 12 month contract to be signed. Colin would like to consider the move before he signs anything. The tenants are a few months into a 2 year lease. Please call to assist this evening if possible. He is a FIFO and back at work tomorrow so if you cannot hen, just leave a message & he can come back to you. He will also move over the management of 11 Crimson Road Karnup if he moves as his son lives there and pays (an under market rent - which he is happy with ) but would like it to be managed.
