Paul: Rachel and I met with Dianne on 7th January. It was a great lead, we had a really good meeting with Dianne at Lytham Court and we had several long conversations on either side of that meeting as she was in the process of buying a lifestyle property in Clyde and we provided her with a little bit of informal advice and support in relation to that also. So, we were a little surprised when she ultimately advised us a few days ago that she selected another agency. She is a really nice lady and we have wished her well.


8/01/2026 - Callum: Appraisal completed today and selling proposal sent via email - meeting went well. Hopefully will receive the go-ahead next week after she views the lifestyle village again on Tuesday / Wednesday

6/01/2026 - Emily (Michelle): Spoke with Dianne, Michelle is booked to go and meet with her on Monday 12/01 🙂 (appraisal booked Monday 12/01 @ 2pm)

Callum: Appraisal appointment scheduled for Thursday 8th of Jan 11am.
