Steph - I reached out to the Craigburn homeowner yesterday about coming to do a presentation for his property.
He was a little noncommittal and said he'd already booked in many real estate agents
He said he'll get back to me today if he has time for me to come through also
I tried my hardest, but he was a little dismissive
