4/2/26 Geoff: Wow, what a great referral. The vendors have chosen to stay with the agent that sold the property - Platinum Realestate. They purchased the property in September 2025 for $2.1m or $525,000 per unit. They have spent about $50k on each unit. I appraised the units (3 of the 4) at between $730,000 to $780,000. The finale unit that they were potentially going to keep and had subsequently spent more on, I appraised at between $780,000 and $860,000. The units are on the lower demographic area or Port Macquarie. I factored in this reality to my pricing. The outcome was that Platinum appraised them significantly higher. The vendors have completed over $160m worth of developments throughout Australia. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Hated to lose the opportunity😤😤😤
