Sandra - Hi good morning Natalie, as you know the vendors are not ready to go to market until around Easter but they have allowed me access if i have a buyer but until i have a form 6 signed , all my effort could come to nothing if they sign with another agent ( this has happened to me before ) plus they need their disclosure statement completed 

but..... i had contacted two groups and both were not interested although they were investors , so at this stage i'm a tad cautious

I have quite a few buyers interested in another property so I can easily move them over to your clients property , so mmhh maybe i will have another chat to them and see if i am able to convince them to go down the legal path instead of maybe

 Hello natalie and it was wonderful to meet the vendors and I hope we have been able to address their concerns and make the sale process so much easier 

I have already contacted an investor with the vendors permission so will let you know in a day or two if he is interested in viewing the property 

Regards Letting you know I have an appointment with John on Wednesday 10am

And will update you immediately after , plus he definitely needs help so this meeting is to give him advise on what or what not to do to present to market
