3/2/26 Michael Clarke: Gerry has been difficult to get in front of. I am selling in the building currently and have met him in the lift and spoken to him. Called numerous times and he is unable to speak. He then doesn?t remember me when I see him again. He may have some significant memory issues. I am going to reach out to his daughter to see if I have more success.
