2/2/26- Michael: listed 5 Mahla avenue will be a May June sell need to give notice to tenants
23/1/26- Hi Vicki, yes we have spoken to both and I have a proposal from Michael. No details from Love Sharma and I texted yesterday to ensure he had the correct email address. We're unlikely to use him given I don't want to have to chase him up for things, but will see if something comes through today.
