23/08/19 - Agent Luke emaied, "This owner will not be selling for quite some time due to low property values.
I made a note to contact his within the first qtr of 2020 for an update but nothing much will have changed even by then."
18/07/18 - Agen Luke emailed, "Hi Natalie, I have spoken with Marilyn who was very happy about the service although she said she could not sell in the current market. I would suggest a market value range for between $250,000 - $275,000 at present and she said she would need at least $380,000 for it to be a viable option. We spoke for quite some time about the market conditions and prospects for the future and would like a follow up call early in the year to discuss any positive change in the market which I would anticipate. I will be sending her a formal CMA via email later today. Thanks for the lead. Happy to take on more in the future."
