**MAY OR MAY NOT SELL****Yes both agents got in touch 22/1/26
I met one and have another to meet Tuesday
As I said, right now is a data collection exercise for house valuation regarding buy out from my ex.
If we have to go to market it will be later this year as my oldest is in year 12.
I know the market can change in that time.
