Ravinder - Yes Richi and longview contacted me. And as land is still vacant so they provided the appraisal letter so far. Not finalized yet .
BRIDIG - This will be a long burn - property build hasnt commenced yet, and we sent him an appraisal for now. Will keep you posted!
