2/02/2026 - Kiki: Thursday, 29th Jan - sent message to chase up her emailing her property manager, no reply, no email sent (she was meant to cc us in) Monday, 2nd February - call/no answer and text message. No communication. She has her lease up on 12/02. I suspect she was using me for information when we spoke. 

28/01/2026 - Kiki: Had a really good chat with Lena, approximately 25 minutes long. I talked high-level through with her what she needs to know and are putting together a proposal. She is requesting/organising for us to have an inspection of the unit as it is currently tenanted and then we can figure out a plan/strategy from there. I will keep you up-to-date.
