JAMES - Having now spoken to both of our directors, it is our understanding that Paul Pace who owns 502/36 Porter Street, Prahran called our office prior to your sending through the lead.





The last correspondence with them was in October.

I am happy to accept the 15% fee and move forward. I am sure that Paul would have called me to appraise the property but there is going to be no way to prove either way now.

Lachlann -Hi Natalie, thanks for the referral. Ive met with Paul and Andrea today. Spent more time with Paul as Andrea was holding dogs outside down at street level. One of 3 agents so lets see. Paul said they will make a decision early next week. I have sent my proposal to them this afternoon.
