Very early days, have just purchased the property with the intention to flip. After advice from a local agent on whether to do a small 50-100K reno, or a bigger one, not sure what option would be best in today's market, although they are experienced flippers, they haven't done one in that area, so looking for some buy in from agent from the very beginning.
