Shawn Good Morning - I attended the property yesterday and have just sent my appraisal to Erica and her husband for their information. I don't hold much hope on securing the listing as the Elders Agent as inflated their expectations with price, which to date has not been achieved. Regards Shawn Nitschke Marschall First National
I contacted Erica - appointment made to meet with her and her husband on Thursday at 10-30am (SA time). Erica was confused and cannot recall if she has signed something with the other Agent that has already visited her - I asked if she has a copy of anything she may have signed and she doesn't which makes me feel she hasn't signed any paperwork.
