19/02/2026 - Bridgid: Just letting you know that Bilhan has decided to keep the property on Airbnb as the overall income is a lot higher (for now). I will keep in touch with him and let you know if anything changes in future.
18/02/2026 - Bilhan: Yes they did. Unfortunately the market is pretty low I think we going to stay doing airbnb for now.
11/02/2026 - Bridgid: I spoke with Bilhan today and will be sending him a detailed proposal so that he can review costs for long term management v airbnb and make an informed decision from there. I will be sure to keep you posted! 😊
