2/3/26 will use Todd if she decides to sell but has to move 4 dogs and 70 show chooks so still looking to find the right property

Todd: Hi Vicki, yes good I believe , I gave Stella her appraisal and offered her what I believe is the best approach of Offers/Interest invited from $1.2M onwards.
I think the other agent didn?t get back to her perhaps , I got along with her well but I think she just needs to make the next decision of whether she is going to sell or not.
