26/02/2026 - Geraint PUD: Nick is to busy to take my calls I have also text Alexander to see if they have decided on an agent as yet. Will keep you updated once I have one.
23/02/2026 - Geraint (appraised): Proposal has been sent to both brothers a quick appraisal so hopefully we can get the opportunity. The brother was not to interested in the appraisal but gave them a fair deal and showed them a similar home we auctioned.
Thanks, I have sent them both an email with a proposal however they are both yet to open the proposal link so we will see.
