The family thinks it will be sold as a Development site its a large corner block with double street frontages, he has been there since 1961.
Sister in law has PA but Karen is involved to help her and Karen also said that William will have full control in selecting an agent and he will want someone who is a a Good communicator, cost of selling is a big factor and someone switched on to play their dads game.
