VIOLET - yes, they have all been in touch.

Everyone was great just going to hold off until the market settles abit before we decide to sell.

Won?t be worth selling unless we see upwards of 1.6m and none of them sounded confident on that number so we?ll wait.

Greg - MAR 26 - Hi Natalie – below is a summary of our meeting with Violet at 44 honour.

FYI – I broke my collarbone a couple of days prior to appointment so Aleisha who wortks within in my team meet with her. This is her update below.

She bought the property 2 years ago for $1.2- I think they are strapped for cash after going to one income after bubs. She had ray white in and another agency-they said around $1.6! I used the Kinley brochure and she was so appreciative of my explanation of the market in Kinley. With the other agencies quoting 1.6 she said she thought they were wrong. I personally think the property is better than the Burbank ones around $1.3, probably more 17 gallagher quality-so around the $1.35-$1.4. The kitchen is probably one of the nicest kitchens I’ve seen in the estate but overall, it’s an ORBIT home and a tad underwhelming. I reckon she’s going to hold onto the property a bit longer if she can- she was very thankful for Jellis Craig’s advice as she felt we weren’t lying to get business.
