Caroline -Hi Natalie, yes Ashley from Integrity and Liam from One Agency. I am waiting for their appraisal to be emailed.
Liam - Yep sending a desktop as there is no intention to sell until late this year
ASHLEIGH - We've provided an email appraisal to Caroline because we originally sold this to her. We didn't want to scare the tenants.
Caroline wouldn't look to sell until the new financial year at this stage.
