Trish's son David is after an appraisal for the property he owns with his ex-partner. They are currently going through mediation, not sure what the outcome of that will be, if they need to sell or not. At this very early stage they're after an appraisal wiith selling costs, advertising cost, commissions etc so they can submit that info with the Family Court before working out the next best steps. Desktop appraisal sent by email in the first instance is fine. Needs to be done ASAP though please.
