Kylie is looking to swithch property managers. Currenlty with YPA, had a couple of issues. The tenants broke the lease early, and Kylie wanted to paint before new tenants moved in, but YPA didn't line up a new tenant for once it was painted. They've also said that the rent should go up to $630 from the current $580, but it can't until July, when the old lease would have run out. She just wants to check that is right.
