Vendors are considering selling their rental property which is leased and managed by Rentwest. The house is a quite new 4x2x2. If they have made a good profit they may want to use these funds for something else. Please also provide them with a rental appraisal as they feel the current mgr is charging quite a lot (just in case they decide not to sell). Vendors live in Sydney.
