07/11/19: Spoke to agent Barry Johns, said that he had sent paperwork to the son to get them signed, they half signed everything left one page unsigned and he hasnt been able to get hold of them since
22/03/19: Spoke to agent Barry, has been speaking to Wahid, but he doesnt commit and then disappears for a few weeks with no ctc etc, values for land are down they are selling for under $90k and he is wanting too much it would be better if he builds a house on it and sells as house prices have gone up.
11/09/18: I am comfortable with email Instead of phone coz i am taking classes and always in the meeting. * * * * *
11/09/18: Spoke to Barry and he is happy to put the asking price at $140k see if Wahid is happy with that. Aslo sending Barry email address I have for Wahid
15/08/18: Luke barber does not want to accept referrals, he wont proceed with this one and did not make ctc with the client.
