LYNDON - Hey Natalie, I called last week and said it was better to call this week after Easter. Just spoke to her and booked and appraisal for Monday

 VInce - Unfortunately, Sarah wasn’t available to meet with me due to school holidays etc, however I did have a couple of lengthy phone conversations with her and inspected the property from the outside.

I emailed her a full Property Proposal yesterday along with marketing strategies, anticipated price range, fee structures and recommendations for the presentation of the outside.

I also asked her to let me when she’s available and I’ll provide advice on how to present the interior of the home to maximize the return.

Hopefully I’ll hear back from her soon with good news. 😊
