Mothers property will be going into aged care around May or June, so Molly the daughter who has PA is needing to organise agents for appraisals to sell the house.
3 Bedroom house, 26 years old, established gardens out the back, built by pivot homes in 2000, and Molly says the house has a lot of female energy eg pink tiles in the bathroom etc, so it would be good to find a buyer who is female etc.
